Facilities Rental

To book the gym or any part of the church, please contact the site administrator to confirm times and dates. Policy for gym usage may be found here: ABC Building Usage Guidelines (.pdf file)

Please be sensitive to the fact that the church hall is linked directly to the church sanctuary. For this reason, outside music systems or dances are not permitted in the gym. Sundays are not booked out and are reserved for Church use.

A donation relative to the amount of facilities used (and the amount of time reserved for) is suggested. For example, the following guidelines could be used:

• Gym and kitchen $100.
• Overflow $50

Please take note, only amounts over and above this suggested fair rental value can be receipted as a donation.

I have you booked for … in the Alberton Baptist Church gym. The equipment room is there for your use beside the kitchen and there is a red dish on the kitchen counter to leave your recommended gym fee. ($100 for gym and kitchen). If you could please take your garbage with you when you leave, that would be great as the church does not have the extra capacity for garbage. Please let me know if there is anything else you might need.
